Authors can submit and publish their work without any financial obligation, and editorial decisions are made solely based on scholarly merit and quality, without any influence from financial considerations.

Financial and operational support for the journal comes entirely from voluntary contributions, institutional support, and organizational assistance. All revenue sources are transparent and do not affect the peer review or editorial process.
